Reformer Pilates

Practice Pilates as it was intended on our cutting-edge Reformer machines. Exercises on this versatile piece of equipment promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance.

Yoga

Our gurus will lead you through different types of Yoga. In the daytime, Ashtanga or Bikram, and in the evening, calming Yin Yoga coupled with meditation to aid deep sleep.
